Keely has experience working with clients across the lifespan and currently provides virtual counseling primarily for clients approximately 10 years of age and older. She has experience addressing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, parenting and family concerns, behavioral challenges, emotional regulation, self-esteem, life transitions, and interpersonal relationships. She takes a compassionate, individualized approach and works collaboratively with clients and families to identify strengths, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Her therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), behavior therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), strengths-based and client-centered interventions, and Christian counseling. When desired by the client, Keely incorporates Christian faith and biblical principles into the counseling process while respecting each individual’s beliefs, values, and goals. Keely is passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, build confidence, navigate challenges, and develop the skills necessary to thrive. She believes that effective counseling begins with a strong therapeutic relationship and strives to create a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where every client feels heard, understood, and valued.

I grew up in the Midwest but have called Texas home for nearly 10 years. Texas has since stolen my heart with its kind people, amazing tacos, rodeo season, and beautiful bluebonnets.
I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and have experience working with a variety of mental health challenges, including OCD, anxiety, ADHD, depression, PTSD, grief, and infidelity. I have worked with couples, veterans, adolescents, and adults, and I strive to create a supportive and collaborative space where each person feels heard and understood.
Through evidence-based therapeutic techniques and a collaborative approach, I believe healing and meaningful change are possible. My goal is to work alongside you to better understand your challenges, develop practical tools for navigating them, and help you move toward the life and relationships you want.
